Raw coal from the raw coal stockpile is screened through a grate screen and then falls onto a high-angle belt conveyor or elevator. After iron removal by an electromagnetic iron remover, the belt conveyor or elevator transports the raw coal to the raw coal silo for storage. After the pulverizing system is activated, the rod valve at the bottom of the raw coal silo is opened, the sealed metering belt feeder is activated, and the raw coal enters the LM vertical pulverizer for drying and pulverization. Hot air or exhaust gas from the hot blast furnace, drawn by the system fan, enters the vertical pulverizer. After sufficient heat exchange with the raw coal being pulverized within the mill, it is entrained and separated in the separator. Unacceptable coarse coal pulverizer falls back onto the grinding disc for further pulverization. Acceptable coal pulverizer is collected by the airflow into the explosion-proof air box pulse dust collector and discharged through the classifying wheel into the pulverized coal silo. Impurities in the raw coal, such as gangue and metal fragments, are discharged from the mill through the air ring and slag discharge port.
