In the initial stages of this project collaboration, Zenith Machinery assembled a professional technical team to conduct on-site inspections of the magnesium metal smelting production line construction conditions, accurately assessing the client's core requirements regarding continuous production, energy consumption control, and environmental compliance.

Based on the needs analysis, the technical team selected the LM vertical coal mill as the core grinding equipment and developed a detailed solution. This solution fully considered the actual site conditions and focused on a systematic design focused on equipment stability, reliability, energy conservation, environmental protection, and ease of maintenance.

During the project implementation, the technical team innovatively designed the production line layout based on the site conditions, maximizing the efficiency of the LM vertical coal mill within a limited space, ensuring continuous and stable operation. By closely integrating technological innovation with practical application, they created a clean coal pulverization solution that is both practical and technologically forward-looking.

Since its commissioning, the production line has achieved significant improvements in product quality, operating efficiency, and environmental performance. The high efficiency and stability of coal powder preparation exceeded customer expectations, and the emission indicators were better than environmental protection requirements, fully meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
