Day 1 at the 140th Canton Fair 2026 — ZENITH Meets Buyers from Around the World at Booth D20.1 L36

2026-10-15 16:05:23

The 140th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) opened on 15 October 2026 at the Pazhou Complex in Guangzhou, and Day 1 at the ZENITH booth was busy from the first hour. Our team spent the day walking visitors through grinding and crushing circuits on screen, opening the product catalogue, and taking down project parameters from buyers who arrived with a project already in mind.

The booth

ZENITH is exhibiting at Hall 20.1, Booth L36 — look for the counter sign reading D 20.1 L36. The booth walls carry the full grinding line-up: the MTW Euro-type trapezium mill (80–425 mesh), the LM vertical roller mill (80–400 mesh), the LUM ultrafine vertical roller mill (400–650 mesh) and the XZM ultrafine mill (325–2500 mesh), together with the crushing side — gyratory crusher, jaw crusher, hydraulic cone crusher, impact crusher and vertical impact crusher.

What buyers came to talk about

Visitors on the opening day came with concrete projects rather than general enquiries. The recurring questions were about fineness and capacity, wear-part life, and delivery schedules, and much of the discussion happened over printed process flows and a tablet rather than a sales pitch. Because the booth covers the whole range from coarse 80 mesh grinding up to ultrafine powder in the micron range, the conversation usually started with one question: which mill suits my material and my target fineness?

On screen, not just on paper

Most of the day's conversations ran on a screen. Our engineers opened process flows, project case studies and equipment drawings on tablets and phones, then compared them with the printed mill leaflet so that visitors could see how a circuit is actually configured — mill, classifier, dust collector, fans, ducting and conveying. The sample board on the booth wall shows finished powders from different applications, including talc powder, so buyers can see what the equipment actually produces rather than only what it looks like.

From first hello to a filled-in specification sheet

For visitors who wanted to move faster, the team recorded the basic project parameters on the spot — raw material, target fineness, required capacity and site conditions — so that a process recommendation and equipment selection can be prepared straight after the fair. Buyers who brought a specification sheet or a sample were able to leave with a clear next step instead of a stack of catalogues.
