Two LM Vertical Roller Mills for Coal and Quicklime Grinding in Indonesia (2024)
In 2024 ZENITH delivered two LM vertical roller mill lines for a large private AAC brick manufacturer in Indonesia. The plant runs three integrated lines: a 50 tph limestone crushing line, a 100 tpd LM110M coal-powder grinding line (the powder feeds the lime kiln as fuel), and a 300 tpd LM130K quicklime-powder grinding line (the powder goes directly into AAC brick production). Both mills deliver a uniform 200 mesh D90 product. Each line is equipped with a bucket elevator, a high-efficiency classifier, a pulse-jet bag dust collector, and a centrifugal fan. The customer chose ZENITH for our proven LM-mill technology, responsive engineering support, reliable build quality, and the strength of an established global brand. Commissioning and operator training were completed on site, and both lines have been running stably since handover.
