The main motor drives the main shaft and each layer of turntables to rotate via a reducer. The turntables, through pins, drive dozens of ring rollers to roll and rotate within the grinding ring roller track. Large pieces of material are crushed into small particles by a crusher and then fed into a storage silo by an elevator. An electromagnetic vibrating feeder or belt conveyor evenly feeds the material to the center of the upper turntable. Under centrifugal force, the material disperses to the periphery of the turntable and falls into the grinding ring roller track, where it is progressively crushed, rolled, and ground by the ring rollers. The pulverized material is then carried by airflow into a classifier for sorting. Qualified fine powder exits the mill with the airflow and is collected by a dust collector as the finished product. Unqualified material falls back into the grinding chamber under the action of the classifier and is re-ground with newly fed material. This cycle completes the entire grinding process. The airflow containing a small amount of fine dust is purified by a pulse dust collector and then discharged through a fan and silencer.
