Spodumene processed in the LM vertical mill passes through an air-locking feeder and enters the center of the mill's grinding disc. Centrifugal force moves it toward the periphery, where it enters the grinding rollers, where it is squeezed, ground, and sheared, resulting in pulverization. Simultaneously, hot air is ejected from the air ring at high speed, blowing the coarse material back to the grinding disc for re-grinding and drying the suspended material. Fine powder, along with the hot air, enters a separator for classification. Qualified fine powder is collected by a dust collector as the final product, while unqualified coarse powder falls back to the grinding disc for re-grinding, completing the entire process efficiently.
