1. Grinding Stage

Material of appropriate particle size is fed into the main unit for grinding. The ground fine powder is then fed into the classifier for classification under the influence of the fan airflow. Fine powder that meets the required fineness enters the collection stage.

2. Collection Stage

Dust-laden gas enters the cyclone collector through the outlet pipe. Centrifugal force separates most of the finished fine powder, while excess gas is discharged and sent to the pulse dust collector, where it becomes clean gas. The fine powder collected in the bag filter is then transported to the conveying stage by a screw conveyor.

3. Conveying Stage

The finished powder collected in the bag filter and cyclone collector is then transported by a screw conveyor to the next process or to a finished product tank.
