(1) Raw Material Preparation: Pre-treat raw materials such as wood, sawdust, or fruit shells by crushing, screening, and drying.

(2) Carbonization: Heat the dried wood raw materials to a high temperature under anaerobic conditions to pyrolyze them into carbon, while collecting the volatile matter.
(3) Activation: React the carbonized carbon with a gaseous activator under high temperature conditions to increase its specific surface area and pore structure.
(4) Post-treatment: After washing, drying, grinding, or molding and packaging, the finished wood-based activated carbon with a large specific surface area and strong adsorption capacity is obtained.
