Raw coal is screened through a grate screen from the raw coal stockpile and then falls onto a high-angle belt conveyor or elevator. After iron removal by an electromagnetic iron remover, the belt conveyor or elevator transports the raw coal to the raw coal silo for storage. After the pulverizing system is activated, the rod valve at the bottom of the raw coal silo is opened, and the sealed metering belt feeder is activated. The raw coal enters the vertical pulverizer for drying and pulverization. Hot air or exhaust gas from the hot blast furnace, drawn by the system fan, enters the vertical pulverizer. After sufficient heat exchange with the raw coal being pulverized within the mill, it is entrained and separated in the separator. Unacceptable coarse coal pulverizers fall back onto the grinding discs for further pulverization. Acceptable coal pulverizers are collected by the airflow into the explosion-proof air box pulse dust collector and discharged through the classifying wheel into the pulverized coal silo. Impurities in the raw coal, such as gangue and metal lumps, are discharged from the mill through the air ring and slag discharge port. A CO-O2 online analysis system is installed throughout the entire process. When processing coal with a high volatile content, safety measures such as nitrogen protection and a CO2 automatic fire extinguishing system can be set up.
