Suspension-Calcinated Lime Kiln Technical Specifications

2025-10-21 17:08:03

1. Fuel Selection: Coal or natural gas is generally used as fuel. Coal must have a calorific value between 5500 and 6000 kcal/kg, while natural gas must be high-purity and have a calorific value greater than 8500 kcal/m³.

2. Temperature Control: The pyrolysis reaction in a suspension-calcined lime kiln must occur at high temperatures, generally between 1000 and 1200°C. Temperatures that are too low will degrade the lime quality, while temperatures that are too high will damage the furnace and reduce the quality of the lime.

3. Lime Quality Control: Lime must have stable quality, low carbon content, high limestone conversion rate, short calcination time, and uniform particle size.
