The project also covers a 50 tph limestone crushing line upstream.

Project Overview

Customer background: a large private AAC brick manufacturer in Indonesia, introduced to ZENITH by an existing customer.
Production lines:
- 50 tph limestone crushing line (raw material preparation)
- 100 tpd LM110M coal-powder grinding line (coal powder feeds the lime kiln as fuel)
- 300 tpd LM130K quicklime-powder grinding line (quicklime powder goes into AAC brick production)
Material: coal for the LM110M line; quicklime for the LM130K line; limestone for the crushing line.
Product fineness: 200 mesh D90 (both mills).
Equipment highlights: each LM mill is configured with a bucket elevator, a high-efficiency classifier, a pulse-jet bag dust collector, a centrifugal fan, and a finished-product silo.
Project year: 2024, delivered and commissioned on site.

In 2024 ZENITH delivered two LM vertical roller mill lines for a large private AAC brick manufacturer in Indonesia. The plant runs three integrated lines: a 50 tph limestone crushing line, a 100 tpd LM110M coal-powder grinding line (the powder feeds the lime kiln as fuel), and a 300 tpd LM130K quicklime-powder grinding line (the powder goes directly into AAC brick production). Both mills deliver a uniform 200 mesh D90 product. Each line is equipped with a bucket elevator, a high-efficiency classifier, a pulse-jet bag dust collector, and a centrifugal fan. The customer chose ZENITH for our proven LM-mill technology, responsive engineering support, reliable build quality, and the strength of an established global brand. Commissioning and operator training were completed on site, and both lines have been running stably since handover.

Designed to produce 400-mesh marble powder for industrial fillers, paints, and plastic masterbatch, the plant processes locally quarried marble off-cuts into fine powder. The installed circuit combines a bucket elevator, a high-efficiency classifier, a pulse-jet bag filter for dust control, and a centrifugal fan. Commissioning and operator training were completed on site, and the line has been running stably ever since.
