Located in Kazakhstan, this limestone grinding plant went into operation in 2024. The customer is a local producer of limestone powder and required a reliable line that could deliver a stable output of fine limestone powder at a target fineness of 200 mesh (D90) for the regional market. ZENITH supplied an MTW138G European version grinding mill as the core of the production line, together with the complete set of auxiliary equipment.

The equipment is installed outdoors on a compact steel structure, with a container type control room placed beside the mill. This arrangement keeps civil construction work to a minimum and shortens the installation and commissioning period, which suits remote sites where local building resources are limited.

The MTW138G mill is driven by a bevel gear unit and uses thin oil lubrication for the main shaft and the fan drive, so the oil change interval is long and routine maintenance stays simple. A variable frequency classifier allows the finished powder fineness to be adjusted directly from the control panel, without changing any mechanical part. The whole system works under negative pressure and is equipped with a pulse dust collector, so the working area stays clean and the plant meets the local environmental requirements.
