Project Overview

The 325-mesh D90 limestone powder produced by this project is used as a raw material for citric acid. The client is a leading enterprise in the domestic citric acid industry, holding a leading position in the industry. Their products are mostly exported abroad, giving them strong competitiveness and profitability. This project involves the addition of a new upstream production line to reduce production costs and improve profitability.

The client previously purchased limestone powder as a raw material, which was expensive and squeezed profit margins. After internal evaluation, the client decided to build their own limestone grinding production line to reduce raw material costs. After multiple processes including communication, bidding, and discussion, the client chose to purchase three sets of MTW218G European-style grinding mills from Shanghai Zenith Machinery Machinery Co., Ltd. This production line was planned, designed, manufactured, installed, commissioned, and trained by Zenith Machinery, making it a turnkey project. This project is the first collaboration between the client and Zenith Machinery. The client is a large and powerful company, and they placed great importance on the strength of the equipment supplier. Zenith Machinery's professional design capabilities, equipment performance, company scale, and strong guarantees led the client to choose Zenith Machinery without hesitation.

The Story Behind the Deal
The client's strengths lie in the downstream processes; upstream powder production was a new area for them. Many of their technical personnel were new to this requirement, and the client did not engage a design institute; all technical and equipment support relied on the supplier.
Our company, relying on its strong design capabilities, equipment integration capabilities, and general contracting capabilities, combined with on-site investigation and discussion with the client, designed a reasonable and effective process flow. The client was only responsible for on-site supervision; everything else was completed by our company. It was a strong collaboration, with each party doing what they do best.

Furthermore, the project had a short timeframe and rapid progress. The client signed the contract in July and required production to start before New Year's Day. Our company organized a strong installation team, combined with strong support from the production side, to ensure timely delivery, rapid installation and commissioning. Trial production was completed before New Year's Day, achieving the client's predetermined goal. After the project went into operation, the client's raw material costs were significantly reduced, generating substantial additional profits for the client every year. This project is Zenith Machinery's first large-scale project in the citric acid industry, and the client is a leading company in the citric acid sector. The successful completion of this project will have a significant impact on the company's ability to penetrate the citric acid market and the Shandong market.
